  • What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards and payments via bank transfer.
  • How Far Are the Properties from Peterborough City Centre?
    The Green View Apartments are a 7 minute drive, (2.4 miles) from Peterborough Cathedral. Lea Gardens is 4-minute walk from Peterborough train station.
  • Do You Provide Broadband?
    Yes, all our properties have free unlimited WiFi.
  • Are You Able to Smoke in Any Of the Apartments?
    We operate a strict ‘No Smoking Policy’ within the apartments. However, there is the outdoor area, where you can smoke. Where there is evidence of guests smoking within the apartment/building, we reserve the right to withhold the £200 deposit for specialist cleaning and will ask the guest to vacate the property for breaching the agreed terms and conditions.
  • Do You Provide Towels and Bedding?
    Yes, we provide both towels and beddings.
  • Do the Apartments Have Parking?
    All our properties have free off-road parking for up to two vehicles.
  • How Many People Do the Properties Sleep?
    Five of the apartments sleeps 5 people and one of the apartment sleeps 4. Green View Apartments: Ensuite Master Bedroom 1 x2 Single beds or (King Size) upon request Bedroom 2 x2 Single beds Living area Sofa bed in 5 of the apartments Lea Gardens: (Sleeps up to 8 people) Bedroom 1 (Downstairs) Small Double bed Bedroom 2 x3 Single beds (Can request 1 King Size and 1 Single) Bedroom 3 x2 single beds and a sofa bed)
  • Is It Possible to Extend My Stay?
    Please contact us if you wish to extend your stay with us, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we can not always guarantee this will be successful as it will depend on bookings made by other customers.
  • Do Your Apartments Have Wheelchair Access?
    We have three ground-floor apartments that are all wheelchair accessible. However, please contact us with your specific requirements beforehand and we can arrange a viewing prior to the booking being made.
  • Do You Provide a Hairdryer?
    There is a hairdryer provided in all our properties.
  • Can We Change Our Reservation?
    If you need to change a booking, please contact us and we shall do our very best to accommodate your request. However, please note that this may not always be possible and may incur additional costs. Please refer to our cancellation policy in the terms and conditions.
  • What are the Differences between Serviced Accommodation and Hotels?
    Serviced Accommodation is a self-catering accommodation that can be booked on a short or long-term basis, and features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Typically, a serviced apartment can offer 25-30% more space than a hotel room, with separate living, dining, and kitchen areas. On average serviced accommodation is 15-20% cheaper than a hotel and much more for longer stays. When staying at any one of our accommodations, amenities include free Wi-Fi, complimentary Netflix, tea and coffee, and biscuits.
  • Are the Apartments Air-Conditioned?
    No, none of our properties have air-conditioning.
  • Do You Cater to Families with Young Children?
    Yes, are properties are ideal for families and we can even provide a highchair or travel cot upon request.
  • Do You Take a Security Deposit?
    Yes, we charge a £200 deposit prior to arrival, which is refunded within 72hrs after the departure date, as long as the property is left in a good condition.
  • What Are the Check In/Out Times?
    Check-in time is 17:00pm Check-out time is 10:00am Late check-out – £50.00 (until 12pm) any time after this will mean the entire days rate will be applicable Early check-in – £25.00 (before 5pm) unless pre-agreed by SRK Accommodation Ltd
  • Do You Provide an Iron?
    We provide an iron and ironing boards in all of our properties.
  • Can I Come to View the Apartment Before Booking?
    If you're planning on staying with us long-term then we do allow viewings. However, this isn't always possible if there is a current tenant staying in the property.
  • Do You Allow Pets?
    Unfortunately, we operate a strict no pet policy for all of our properties. Should any evidence of guests bringing pets be found within the property, we reserve the right to withhold your £200 deposit for a deep clean and also ask the guests to leave with no refund due.
